Snow Days

If a registered guest is trapped in the campground by fresh snowfall that occurs after his / her arrival and that snowfall has not melted by their planned departure date, they will be eligible to extend their stay with free snow days until it’s safe to travel home.

For example, suppose you check in on Friday afternoon for 2 nights in the campground. If a measurable snowfall occurs on saturday and is still covering the ground on Sunday morning, the day of scheduled departure and the guest doesn’t want to risk the trip home… snow day!

The declaration of a “snow day” qualifying snowfall event will be at the discretion of the Ashland Resort management. The determination of safe travel conditions will be at the discretion of the guest. Snow days can only be used to extend the stay of a registered guest. See/call an Ashland Resort staff associate for further details.

Enjoy winter trails without the worry of a costly extended stay due to weather conditions.
