From Interstate-77, take Exit 1, follow Truck Route US 52 N through Bluefield to US 52 North continue traveling on US 52 for 26.3 miles to Northfork, make a sharp right turn north onto County Road 17 (Cherokee Road). Continue traveling on County Road 17 another 6.8 miles to the entrance of the Ashland Resort campground. There will be signs to help along the way.

Remain straight on Rt 52 North until you see the Welcome to Northfork Sign.

Once you enter the town of Northfork make a sharp right turn across the railroad tracks putting you on Rt. 17 Cherokee Ashland Rd. Ashland Resort is ahead 6 miles on the left once you cross the railroad tracks.
