This is a unique double wide that offers the full amenities of your home. Sleeps up to 10 people. 3 Bedroom - 8 twin beds and 1 full bed. All linens and towels are provided. Ample parking and big yard. This unit is next door to Diannes Place #1 (5 twin beds and 1 Queen sleeper sofa) When these two units are booked together they will sleep a party of 17. Diane's Place 2 is conveniently located in Crumpler, approximately 1 ½ miles from Ashland and the Hatfield McCoy Indian Ridge Trailhead.

RV, Tent sites, Cabins and Cottages are based on 4 guests. Additional guests over the age of twelve will be charged at a rate of $5 per person, per night.
All lodges and area rental rates are based on 4 guests. Additional guests over the age of twelve will be charged $10.00 per person, per night.
There is a 2-night minimum on weekends and a 3-night minimum on Holidays for all our rental units.
Only one discount can be applied to reservations. Ashland discount cards or group rates are not permitted in combination with weekly discount rates.
NO PETS are permitted in our Ashland Lodges or Area Rentals. Do not worry, we have several other options available for your 4-legged friends.
A $50 non-refundable pet deposit will be taken at the time of registration per animal. Limit to 2 animals per site.
