The Hatfield-McCoy Trails

Ashland WV ATV Resort has direct access to the Hatfield-McCoy Trails' Indian Ridge System

The Hatfield-McCoy Trails cut and wind through the beautiful mountains of southern West Virginia to create one of the largest off-highway vehicle trail systems in the world! These award-winning trails are open to ATV’s, UTV’s, dirt bikes, mountain bikes, horseback riders and hikers. The trails are open for business 365 days a year and offer many different trail types to suit riders of every interest and skill level.

The Ashland Resort features direct access to the Hatfield-McCoy trails directly from your campsite/cabin onto Indian Ridge Trail. Consisting of approximately 300 miles of trails, the Indian Ridge, Pinnacle Creek, and Pocohontas Trail Systems offer community access to towns including Northfork, Keystone, Bramwell, Mullens, and Pineville.

Hatfield-McCoy offers five other trail systems within a two hours radius by truck and trailer. Permits range between $26.50 for WV residents and $50.00 for Out-of-State residents.
